What is in the file

Canada has never run a PURSUE-style release. What exists instead is four decades of federal record-keeping, published in pieces: an access-to-information series of 29 volumes, a ten-year compilation of pilot reports, the Chief Science Advisor's 2025 review, and a live archival database that nobody has indexed. These are the five tranches, searchable below. Every PDF opens the file; every database card opens the live source.
